Appointment Confirmation

We respectfully require confirmation for all appointments. When booked, appointments will be scheduled with a credit card on file for the reservation. Service reservations not confirmed 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be subject to cancellation. All bookings are made by appointment with the option to be called or texted the day before as a reminder. If you are unable to attend please contact the spa by phone, email or text, at least 24 hours in advance. We often have waiting lists and can fill the space. No shows and last minute cancellations take away our opportunity to fill that time slot with another appointment which results in longer wait times for clients and lost income for our services/time. All appointments will be confirmed by us following.

No Show Deposits

Further to the appointment booking policy – if you have been a no show and you wish to rebook, your credit card will be charged in advance.  As a small business, we dislike doing this and we can prevent it if you attend your appointments or cancel in advance by 24 hours or more. If an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice, there will be a fee of $75 or the value of your appointment, whichever is less.
