Spa Policies

At Rewind MedSpa & Enhance Beauty, we strive to create a positive and welcoming environment for all clients. We kindly ask that you treat us with the same respect and courtesy that we extend to you. Rudeness, disrespectful behaviour, and any form of mistreatment towards our team members will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to refuse service and ask anyone to leave the premises if they do not adhere to this policy.

Please remember that we’re here to help you and make your visit enjoyable.

Cancellations

We reserve your spot for you. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment. It is very difficult to fill a spot with less than 48 hours notice. If you don’t give us 48 hours notice, 50% of your service will have to be paid prior to re-booking. Cancellations are waived if you or your child are in isolation for a positive covid test and can provide documents.

No Shows

Our booking system will remind you of your appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment for whatever reason you will be required to pay 100% of your missed service. After TWO no shows, you will no longer be able to pre-book appointments with us without pre-paying.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds of any kind.

Children

We love children…but as we are in a very small space we kindly ask that you leave them at home to keep our environment quiet, clean,and safe.
